What if I have a recurring weekly event that never changes?
There is a checkbox for that. Check “yes” and we will take it from there.

I can’t remember if I submitted my event. How do I find out?
Drop us a line and we will look it up for you.

My organization has months of events lined up. Is there a way to add them all in bulk?
We may provide you a spreadsheet template, and we can load them on the back end. This will save you time and effort, and endless confirmation emails.

If I put my event in now but its not scheduled until months from now, will you print it now or right before it happens?
Generally right before it happens, unless its appropriate to start earlier.

The performer and venue both submitted the same event. Which one will Livewire print?
Whichever one is the best, or we may Frankenstein them together.

My event may be in the wrong category. How do I fix it?
Reach out and let us know. We check for that and will probably change it anyway.

Is my event guaranteed to be printed, no matter what it is?
No. It must pass inspection.

Can I have a press release printed?
Maybe, as a paid advertisement, if it fits the what we’re doing.
